We travelled in Vietnam (and later Cambodia) for 4 weeks, all the way from Hanoi to Saigon and then by boat upstream to Cambodia. During all this time, Kim Chi from Hoa Chan Travel supported us by organising a lot of services, from drivers for various transfers over day trips to Ha Long up to multi-day Mekong cruises. She provided an amazing service, always replied very quickly to our WhatsApp messages, giving us options to choose from and providing advice whenever needed. Everything she booked was perfectly organised and worked like clockwork, she always briefed drivers beforehand on stops along the way and called local providers personally to ensure that we get a great service. When we got stuck in Hue due to flooding, she quickly organised a driver with a jeep to get us out. Kim Chi and her colleagues also speak perfect English and made sure that the communication with drivers always worked smoothly. Payment worked very uncomplicated through an online credit card payment service. When we go back to Vietnam, we will definitely book with Hoa Chan Travel again!
